With 20 years in the health & wellness industry, we provide training and programming for those looking to improve their overall well being and lifestyle. We aim to provide the support and accountability our clients may need to reach their goals. Some of our clients are in search of a sustainable lifestyle that provides improved function and daily living. Others may be in search of shaving off time in their next race adventure.
Whatever the case may be, we are here to work with you in the best way possible, so that the goal is achieved and you are able to enjoy life with a sense of ease, peace, and enjoyment!
If you are looking for a training plan (racing), workout regimen (online), personal training (in person), or lifestyle coaching (online & in person), we are here to help!! We are more than happy to work with you on all things related to food, too! As they say, it's half the battle!
We also use a percentage of our proceeds to assist non-profits in providing services, supplies, and support to various groups in need. Whether they are a pack of puppies dropped at a local rescue or a group of teenagers with disabilities looking to get involved in adaptive recreation, we exist to donate supplies and monetary support to allow these special populations to live life to the fullest capacity!

Lead dog mom, runner, wellness enthusiast, nutrition junkie, and educator. She has been in the health industry since 2004. Working as a K12 educator during the day, she tries to utilize relationships to improve the quality of life and future of special populations at her school. She hopes to leverage attention to creating access to recreation for all populations, regardless of cognitive, physical, or behavioral level.

On November 25, 2022, I took my walk on the rainbow bridge & will be doing surveillance from above going forward.
An English Setter by birth, I spent most of my days working the front porch and doing road surveillance, ensuring security was tight for the safety of my humans & their friends. I marketed for my dawgmom with my strikingly beautiful looks and appropriate amount of sass.

I'm the newest member of dis operation. I hail from Harbin, China, where I was rescued from a truck headed to the Yulin Meat Festival in June of 2017. I'm a tough little cookie and survivor of CDV (BOOM!). Given my worldliness, the moms decided I'd be a good successor to my big brother as the resident Advertising Council. With my good looks and multiple languages, I'm pretty PAWfect for dis position!

As of July 31, 3018, I crossed the rainbow bridge and will be supervising things from above. My family desperately misses me, even though I had become somewhat of a walking disaster.
